General every day post.
We went to the Remembrance Day Ceremony at Old City Hall yesterday. I was impressed by the turnout. It was a little rainy and a little cold but a good ceremony none the less. Since we were already downtown we did a bit of shopping. It's that time of year, where I face crowded malls and buy things for others. It was exhausting. I'm not even remotely close to being finished. The season is just beginning and I expect many Christmas related adventures in the upcoming weeks.
On a side note, I sat on a chocolate cookie and it melted on the pocket of my jeans. What a waste of a perfectly good cookie.
